Handrune

A star rune placed in a hand lock.

Rune Stones, often referred to as Runes or Rune Keys, are collectable items that appear in MediEvil, MediEvil: Resurrection and the PS4 remake.

Description and usage[]

It is said that Rune Stones were made by the ancients, who captured the magical energy emanating from Gallowmere and trapped it within the stones.[1] Runes are used to unlock doorways and gates that have a lock in the style of a begging hand. These hands will only accept Rune Stones of the same colour as themselves.
